We had an appointment, followed the signs at the test location, and were taken care of by a very courteous and helpful technician. Everything was communicated clearly and we received our results by email and text message about 30 minutes after leaving the testing site. I don’t know what happened with the other negative reviews but we will definitely come back here if needed. Keep up the good work OnPoint. read less

Working staff Ms. I met Malisa and she was so kind to guide me and get me checked out. She was able to take the flight as a result of the email in 45 minutes with great accuracy. It took less than 5 minutes for them to check me in and swab my nose. The results came 3 hours later to my email - in the Spam folder! I suspect that some of the people who say they didn't get results may have lost them in their email spam folders. Hopefully this helps someone else out, if you're waiting for your results to come by email, don't forget to check your spam folder. read less

I'm always careful but Covid is highly contagious and you're not totally safe, even with the vaccine and boosters. Recently, my husband brought Covid into our home. I took three home tests over a three day period and the results were all negative. After the third negative, I scheduled an appointment with On Point. After 5 hours the test came back positive. It was the best $129 I've ever spent. Stay safe, wear a mask and don't trust the home tests! read less

It was very quick and easy. The test was done in my car I didn’t even have to come out. The lady that did my test was super nice, I was very stressed and scared since it was my first time getting COVID test but she was super nice and calmed me down. She did really good job, it did not hurt and it was quick. I don’t remember her name but she was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I will definitely come back if I need another test for traveling or anything. I got the rapid PCR 5 hour results test and I had my results an hour after the test, so it was really nice surprise how quick it came back. My appointment was at 5PM so I expected to get the result next day. Overall very positive experience read less

Arrived over 2 hours early... read moreHad an appointment for 12:00PM on Sunday May 22nd for Rapid PCR Test for travel. Arrived over 2 hours early just to avoid traffic, find the place, and make sure I was at the correct location. They asked for my receipt to show which test I needed, then brought me in right away. Brought me a clip board to write down my personal information, a minute later a polite guy came and told me he would be preforming the test which is going up my nose higher than it is comfortable for most people, and asked if I had and problems and if I would like for him to proceed. I told him no issues and that he could proceed. After he did both nostrils he said that I was done, he said when I should expect the results, and if I didn't receive them by then to call. So I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, even though I arrived over 2 hours early. Then got the results back in about an hour. Definitely would go there again on a weekend if I needed to be tested again. read less
